I live by myself in Columbus, Ohio in a one-bedroom flat that I'm constantly decorating and changing.
I love food and cooking, and I daydream about dinner throughout the day (seriously). I'm an occasional vegan, and love incorporating various styles and backgrounds into my cooking.
I am a flora and fauna fiend; I love nature and animals and growing plants. I spend embarrassing amounts of time watching birds. I also enjoy stealing time with other people's pets, since I don't have the time or money for one of my own right now.
I'm a grad student at The Ohio State University, studying Public Administration with the eventual goal of working at a college or university. The program rocks, but it leaves me with little free time or money.
As a result, I've become a frugal, thrifting, DIY-adventurer and kitchen master with my feet firmly planted on my flat's gorgeous, ancient hardwood floors, a cup of coffee (constantly) in hand and thoughts of where to hang that ladder I found at the thrift store, and what to cook for dinner.
